Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living needs.
• Support individuals with developmental goals and community participation.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and build trusting relationships.
