Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Full Time Direct Support Professional in Minot, ND, to work an overnight schedule (Wed–Tue, 10pm–8am, 7 on/7 off). You will help people with daily living skills and support community participation.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR. Sevita offers full benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and growth opportunities to dedicated caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report per Sevita insurability policy.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
