Job summary

Sevita in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Full Time Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities and to help them live more independently.

You will work on an every-other-week schedule (Wed–Tue, 9pm–8am) and must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR. Sevita offers stability, growth, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while encouraging community participation.
