Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to meet essential physical demands and assist with ADLs.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, including documentation for billing.

Responsibilities

• Assists individuals to maximize strengths and goals, maintains rights, builds positive relationships.
• Provides supervision, safety, and crisis management following BSPs and IPoPs.
• Delivers person-centered supports, teaching, and advocacy across settings.
• Completes trainings, maintains records, and ensures compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
