Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED; Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required.
• Preferred: College degree or experience with underwriting, credit decision, or related financial industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Build an environment that is customer focused; present all loan options for review.
• Manage loan collections; consult with customers on past-due payments.
• Attract and develop diverse, high-quality talent.
• Coach team with actionable feedback to enable career growth.
• Drive branch performance while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Use strategic thinking to prioritize and resolve issues quickly.
• Travel locally for business development purposes.
