Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in Perth Amboy, New Jersey seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to support ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with families to promote meaningful progress for children with ASD and related needs.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or related needs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients in their natural environments to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to adapt treatment plans.
• Provide accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
