Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in Perth Amboy, New Jersey invites a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual applicants are encouraged.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 sessions in natural environments to implement treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Develop positive relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adapt treatment plans.
• Provide accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
