Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in South River, New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to support families and clients under the supervision of BCBAs. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services, collect data, and communicate progress to families and team members.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish encouraged to apply.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients in natural environments.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Provide accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
