Job summary

Topeka Presbyterian Manor is seeking an Assisted Living Director - RN to lead the Assisted Living Department, ensuring the highest quality of life and person-centered care for residents, in a faith-based, not-for-profit setting. The role requires a Nursing Degree, a current RN license, and previous supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care; geriatric nursing experience is preferred.

Compensation is based on experience and excellent benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree and current RN license.
• Previous supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care.
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct the Assisted Living Department operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards.
• Promote resident-centered care and home-like environment.
• Collaborate with Executive Director, Director of Nursing and Medical Director.
