Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) seeks a Pre-K Teacher Aide for the Early Childhood Learning Center in Las Vegas. This full-time position supports a lead teacher in delivering age-appropriate, standards-based instruction to Pre-K students while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and responsive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1,000 hours of direct experience in pre-K/Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with curriculum delivery aligned to Nevada Pre-K Standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and responsive learning environment.
• Support assessment and reporting for Pre-K students.
• Collaborate with administrators, BGCSNV staff, parents, and community.
