Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a dedicated K-12 special education teacher to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional gaps.

Collaborate with school teams to deliver SESI’s evidence-based instructional models in in-district classrooms and standalone schools across Texas. You will implement PBIS, develop individualized lesson plans, manage IEPs/BIPs, and monitor student growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Texas special education teaching credential.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models, strategies, and curricula to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to ensure safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high-risk forms.
• Track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during movement within the school.
