Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a dedicated special education teacher to support K-12 students with diverse needs. You will implement SESI’s instructional models and CASE PBIS framework, maintain IEPs, and collaborate with school teams and families to drive student growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid PEL w/LBS1 required.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies for safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
