Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a dedicated K-12 special education teacher to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps.

You will collaborate with school teams and families to implement SESI’s evidence-based instructional models, including PBIS and CASE, and to craft individualized plans for students who require additional supports. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid PEL W/LBS1 Endorsement Required.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models to teach knowledge and skills and meet student needs.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies while maintaining safety.
• Maintain student documents including IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high-risk forms.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during movement within the school.
