Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or related field; master’s preferred but not required.
• Certification: Texas Educator Certification in Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) required.

• Language Proficiency: fluency in ASL required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with IEP teams.
