Job Description: Empower Café Intern

FSLA: Non-Exempt, Part-Time Internship

Program Highlights

Typical Working Conditions

Individuals work in a reasonably clean, indoor production environment under supervision. There is continuous contact with staff and co‑workers of various abilities. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodation will be made to enable individuals living with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This position involves exposure to hot cooking equipment, sharp objects, and a fast‑paced environment. Adherence to all safety and hygiene standards is required to maintain a safe workspace.
