Job summary

Berkshire County Arc, Inc. is hiring an Employment Trainer in Pittsfield, MA. The role is full-time, hourly at $21 per hour, and involves hands-on training, assessing needs, and helping individuals achieve employment goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective training of individuals by conducting assessments, developing goals, proactively assisting individuals to accel at their jobs, etc.
• Assist in the job development and job placement process, to ensure successful employment for individuals Participate in conferences, workshops, and other in-service training.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Employment Services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and one year experience in Human Service business or related field preferred
• Valid drivers license and insured vehicle.
