THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR EMPLOYMENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

YOUR ROLE:

As our Employment Success Specialist, you'll work directly with clients to develop essential job readiness skills, helping them prepare for and secure employment. You'll assess each individual's vocational aptitude, capabilities, and interests to align them with appropriate opportunities. Throughout the process, you'll provide ongoing program monitoring and consultations to ensure consistent progress and address any barriers to success.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license
• Strong computer skills and software fluency

Experience and education in workforce development, counseling, or a related field is a plus!
