You will develop job readiness skills, assess aptitudes and interests, and provide ongoing program monitoring to ensure progress and address barriers, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary of $45,000–$55,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Strong computer skills and software fluency.
• Experience and education in workforce development, counseling, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to develop job readiness skills and help secure employment.
• Assess vocational aptitude, capabilities, and interests to align with opportunities.
• Provide ongoing program monitoring and consultations to address barriers to success.
