Resources for Human Development is seeking an Employment Specialist to provide vocational assessment, job development, and coaching to participants. The role focuses on recovery through meaningful community participation and employment support.

You will work in community settings and office environments, addressing barriers, supporting ISP-based goals, and offering both traditional employment and self‑employment support while maintaining timely documentation and coordination with the care team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent per org policy.
• Credentialing in Employment Support Services required on hire.
• Ability to meet required billable productivity levels.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct vocational assessment, job development, and coaching to participants.
• Identify barriers to employment and respond to consumer needs.
• Engage individuals with supportive, professional relationships while maintaining boundaries.
• Help clients achieve ISP-based goals to maximize health and employment outcomes.
• Offer job finding and support for self-employment and traditional jobs.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
