Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in employment services, human services, or sales/marketing.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must provide or obtain CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by Rise).

Responsibilities

• Establish successful employment outcomes for clients.
• Provide communication regarding progress to all clients and providers as appropriate.
• Create and implement behavioral objectives and goals on the jobsite with clients.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Develop appropriate work sites in the community.
