Job summary

The Threshold, Inc. in West Bend, WI is seeking an Employment Specialist to help individuals with disabilities explore careers, build job skills, and secure meaningful community employment. This full-time role involves coaching, resume help, and connecting with local employers.

You will travel to local job sites as needed, maintain documentation, and collaborate with families and partners. An associate degree and two years of related experience are preferred; bachelor's degree is a plus.

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in human resources, staffing, sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus!
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for helping individuals with disabilities succeed.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.
• Ability to travel to local job sites as needed.
