Job summary

The Threshold, Inc. in West Bend, WI is seeking an Employment Specialist to help individuals with disabilities explore careers, develop job skills, and find meaningful community employment.

You will build relationships with local employers, provide career guidance, and offer hands-on coaching and workplace support to help clients achieve independence and meaningful work. This full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and driving to local job sites, with a starting wage of $18

Qualifications

• Associate degree and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in HR, staffing, sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus!
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.
• Ability to travel to local job sites as needed.
