Primary Purpose of Position

Responsibilities include recruitment, salary administration, onboarding, and other HR functions such as time administration, benefits, workers’ compensation, and personnel actions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Applicants must provide comprehensive work history and credentials on the application. Omissions or vague statements will not be considered for credit. Qualifications include experience with HR laws, HRIS, talent acquisition, and interview standards. Management prefers experience with applicant tracking systems, benefits communication, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in HR or relevant field plus 1 year of experience, or 2 years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
