Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Specialist located in New York, NY. The Employment Specialist will work closely with individuals to prepare them for employment, including conducting interviews, providing training, and assisting with job placement. Day-to-day tasks include developing and delivering employment readiness workshops, interfacing with potential employers, and providing ongoing support to clients to ensure successful employment outcomes.
