FULL-TIME YOUTH EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST - LEBANON COUNTY, PA

Family Resource Specialist

Responsibilities of the Youth Employment Specialist include:

1. Assessing and engaging youth in learning needed job skills.
2. Assisting youth with career counseling and guidance.
3. Transporting clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.
• Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
