Job Responsibilities
- Manage assigned caseload of staff and clients.
- Lead assigned caseload, including assisting in scheduling, recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff.
- Provide Direct Care services to individuals and/or fill in for open shifts as necessary.
- Market agency services to Support Coordinators, OVR Counselors, families, and other external entities to grow referrals in all territories under your employ.
- Ensure compliant case management for OVR and ODP using HCSIS and CDWS systems, including maintaining updated files and compliance matters as directed.
- Assist individuals in preparing for and obtaining competitive integrated employment, including job finding, coaching, assessment, and teaching employment duties.
- Obtain training/certification according to ODP and agency requirements and promote these programs to Supervisors, DSPs, and Job Coaches.
- Assist individuals in preparing for their jobs, including orientation, development of work plans, reinforcing responsibilities, and communicating with employers about role scope.
- Implement assistive work tools and accommodations to ensure job success.
- Supervise Direct Service staff in the assigned territory.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, inform them of agency activities, and check on service satisfaction.
- Document monthly touch base meetings with clients, including schedules, staffing, and agency activities.
- Allocate time effectively across agency services such as employment, in-home, community supports, and participation supports as directed.
- Collaborate with Therap systems, billing, training, QA, compliance, and administration to deliver services effectively.
- Attend required meetings, including ISP, intake, and agency meetings.
- Develop and report success stories of clients, including at least one story with a picture each week.
- Be willing to work flexible hours and be on call 24-7, or have staff who are.
- Serve as a member of the agency leadership team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or mental health disabilities preferred.
- Transferable skills in coaching, teaching, mentoring, or similar experiences preferred.
- Ability to obtain required employment certifications including, but not limited to, APSE CESP, ACRE, and/or Discovery.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, computer proficiency, strong documentation, and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
- Must pass Child Abuse History and Criminal Record Check, and not be excluded from State of PA Exclusion Lists.
