Candidates must hold a JD from a top-tier law school, be admitted to the bar in their state, and have 8+ years of EPLI-focused employment litigation experience.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in state of residence, in good standing
• 8+ years of substantive employment litigation with EPLI emphasis
• Significant experience handling employment-related claims: discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour, wrongful termination
• Proven ability to manage EPLI cases from inception through resolution
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong advocacy and client-facing capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with a national team
• Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential matters
• Experience with AI-driven and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and service

Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of EPLI matters including litigation, mediation, and pre-litigation counseling
• Represent insureds and insurers in employment-related disputes across state and federal forums
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documentation with precision
• Advise clients on employment law risk management and litigation strategy
• Collaborate with attorneys nationwide on complex employment matters
