Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking an Entry Level Case Manager 1-Employment Services to deliver employment support services. You will conduct needs-based assessments, provide employment and education opportunities, engage in community outreach, and coordinate program activities to help participants move toward self-sufficiency.

This full-time role requires travel across the Denver metro area; a valid Colorado driver’s license and vehicle use are needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Colorado driver’s license and vehicle for work travel
• Experience delivering employment or education opportunities
• Ability to conduct needs-based assessments and program eligibility screening

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based and program eligibility assessments.
• Provide employment and education opportunities to participants.
• Engage in community outreach and develop employer partnerships.
• Deliver case management services and coordinate program activities.
• Assist participants with job applications, resumes, and interview preparation.
• Document client interactions and maintain confidentiality.
