Job summary

VOA Colorado is seeking a Case Manager 1-Employment Services (Entry Level) to direct and facilitate employment support services for participant households in the Denver metro area. You will perform needs-based assessments, connect clients with education and job opportunities, and coordinate services across the program.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, a Colorado driver’s license, and the ability to travel using a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a closely related field is required.
• Colorado driver’s license and state-mandated auto insurance must be current.
• Personal vehicle for work travel; mileage reimbursement available.
• Complete agency credentialing within 12 weeks of hire; maintain thereafter.
• IPS Certification is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based and program eligibility assessments with participants.
• Provide employment and education opportunities to participants.
• Engage in community outreach to identify eligible households.
• Provide ongoing case management and service coordination for clients.
• Document all client interactions accurately and confidentially.
