Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of employment litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the United States.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
• Litigate claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination and Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• Engage in all phases of employment litigation from strategy to completion.
