Qualifications

J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
Current membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
3–5 years of experience in labor and employment law and litigation.
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
Excellent legal research and resource utilization skills.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on employee relations, HR compliance, and employment best practices.
Conduct legal research and develop strategies in employment and labor law.
Draft and review employment policies, agreements, and legal documents.
Draft motions and pleadings; attend court hearings and manage litigation matters.
Handle government audits and agency proceedings.
Represent clients in dispute resolution and administrative proceedings.
Provide updates and strategic guidance to clients and partners.
Participate in business development activities and firm initiatives.
