Job summary

AREA TEMPS, INC. is seeking Recruiters to join our business services team. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional overtime on weekends to meet hiring needs.

You will source candidates through job boards, social media and networking events, screen resumes, manage the full recruitment process, and administer pre-employment testing and background checks. You will also maintain candidate records in the ATS and build a strong pipeline for future openings.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Ability to screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience administering pre-employment testing and background checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in an ATS.
