Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Employment Practices Paralegal to support the Labor and Employment Practices Group in all aspects of managing the defense of employment claims and litigation matters. Under the supervision of an attorney, the paralegal provides support to internal and external counsel and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of litigation processes.

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, organization, and administration of employment matters and related documentation.
• Coordinate research and information gathering to support legal processes and discovery requests.
• Oversee legal hold activities and track case materials.
• Maintain litigation calendars and tracking tools to support case progression.
• Support internal and external communications across teams and stakeholders.
• Perform document review, subpoena responses, and reporting for attorneys.
