Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Litigation and Claims Paralegal to support our attorneys and claims professionals in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will assist with all phases of litigation, manage documents, coordinate discovery, and liaise with insurers and third-party administrators to ensure efficient case progression. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining confidentiality and complying

Qualifications

• Associates or higher in relevant field preferred or Paralegal certificate.
• Paralegal certification (CP/ACP/RP or similar) preferred.
• Minimum three years of paralegal experience, with substantial litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of litigation, including case intake, investigation, discovery, and settlement.
• Maintain litigation calendars and track deadlines.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, third-party admins, and insurers regarding discovery, budgets, and status.
• Draft routine legal correspondence, litigation reports, chronologies, and case summaries.
• Organize and maintain litigation and claims files and document repositories.
