Job summary

Quikr seeks an Employment Litigator with hands-on civil litigation experience to join its California-based team. The attorney will manage employment litigation matters from initiation through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motions, and hearings.

Full trial experience is not required. The ideal candidate holds an active California Bar license, with 2+ years of civil court litigation experience and at least 1 year of plaintiff-side employment law work.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for an attorney who has practical experience managing litigation matters and is comfortable handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings. Full trial experience is not required.
