Job summary

Law Firms in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Employment Paralegal to join a sophisticated plaintiff-side litigation practice focusing on employment and complex class-action matters.

The role involves supporting attorneys on employment and class-action litigation, performing legal research, cite-checking, preparing TOAs/TOCs, drafting briefs, and coordinating state and federal filings, with hybrid schedule and salary up to $100,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting employment law litigation.
• Strong preference for class-action employment experience.
• Familiarity with wage & hour, PAGA, FLSA or related employment matters.
• Experience with cite-checking, TOAs/TOCs and finalizing briefs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a litigation-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys on employment and class-action litigation.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation.
• Perform cite-checking and prepare Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents.
• Assist with drafting and finalizing briefs and other litigation documents.
• Prepare and coordinate state and federal court filings.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial support.
