Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Employment Litigation Of Counsel to lead defense and litigation of employment matters for employers. The attorney will manage complex disputes from strategy through resolution, partnering with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

This remote role requires strong courtroom experience, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate high-stakes matters involving agencies, arbitration, and litigation across the United States.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 10+ years of employment litigation experience, particularly in a first-chair role.
• Current Washington bar admission in good standing.
• Experience supervising associates and paralegals.
• Deep understanding of state and federal agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Employment Litigation Of Counsel to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This attorney will take a lead role in defending and litigating employment matters for employers, with significant responsibility for managing complex disputes from strategy through resolution. The position calls for close partnership with clients and internal legal teams to deliver practical guidance in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Success in this role will come from strong courtroom experience, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate high-stakes matters involving agencies, arbitration, and litigation.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $262,500 – $277,500 annually
