Orion Placement is seeking an experienced employment law attorney in San Jose, CA, offering a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on representing employers in complex disputes, counseling on policy and compliance, and collaborating with a team of professionals in a growing Labor & Employment practice.

You will handle litigation and advisory work for employers across higher education matters and workplace issues, with opportunities for meaningful client interaction and courtroom exposure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of employment law experience involving litigation and counseling.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal research, analytical, brief-writing, and pleading-drafting skills.
• Experience advising employers and addressing workplace issues.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Willingness to appear in court and take ownership of challenging matters.

Responsibilities

Note
