The Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Litigation Counsel Employment to represent the organization in employment litigation and to provide employment-related legal advice to Human Resources and other business units. Responsibilities include defending lawsuits/arbitrations, developing strategy, and advising management across departments.

• Lead trial or arbitration in employment litigation.
• Defend wrongful termination, discrimination, wage/hour claims.
• Provide legal advice to HR and respond to agency charges.
• Excellent academic credentials with top firm or in-house experience.
• Must be a member of the California State Bar.
• Willingness to relocate to Orange County; hybrid 3 days in office, 2 remote; relocation reimbursement.

Responsabilidades

• Defend employment lawsuits/arbitrations as lead attorney or with outside counsel.
• Develop litigation strategy and manage individual cases.
• Analyze demands and pleadings for early case assessments.
• Provide counsel to departments and management on all levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
