Office location and hybrid/onsite arrangements will be discussed before interviews. The attorney will manage deadlines, advise on risk and strategy, and coordinate with clients and supervising attorneys to achieve realistic resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate facts and assess claims involving termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wages, leave, or workplace policy.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, agency responses, mediation, and trial materials.
• Advise clients on risk, strategy, documentation, and realistic resolution options.
• Track deadlines across court, agency, and internal review processes.
• Take ownership of assigned matters and keep clients and supervising attorneys informed about deadlines, risk, and next steps.
