About the Opportunity

A Global Technology Company is looking for an attorney with 5+ years' experience for a 12-month engagement starting as soon as possible.

The work will involve handling overflow employment litigation matters as the company's legal team navigates an increase in litigation volume. The attorney will work directly with the business and independently manage litigation matters from intake through resolution.

• Independently manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Work directly with business stakeholders on overflow litigation matters
• Provide full-time coverage during a period of increased litigation volume

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of legal experience
• Extensive experience in employment law and employment litigation
• Demonstrated ability to handle litigation matters independently

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house experience is a plus; law firm experience also welcome
• Location: Remote (preference for hybrid in San Francisco, CA or Mountain View, CA)
• Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Duration: 12 months, starting as soon as possible

Required:

• Must be amenable to being employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement
