Job summary

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is seeking Employment Litigation Attorneys to join our global team for a range of assignments across multiple sectors, including technology and biotech.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or Mountain View, CA (3 days onsite per week). Start ASAP for many engagements; typical pay at $110–$130 per hour; W2 employment options with medical, dental, vision, 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5-10 years of recent experience ideally gained from top-tier law firms or in-house handling employment litigation matters independently.
• Extensive experience with employment law and litigation including but not limited to: hiring disputes, discrimination & harassment, retaliation, wage & hour disputes, contract negotiations, trade secrets & non-compete agreements, class actions & complex litigation
• Ability to work directly with the client supporting their litigation team, advising on employment law and litigation matters
• Interface across teams inside an international F100 technology company
• Ability to work in Hybrid work setting

To join us, you will:

• Have at least 5-10 years of recent experience ideally gained from top-tier law firms or in-house handling employment litigation matters independently
• Extensive experience with employment law and litigation including but not limited to: hiring disputes, discrimination & harassment, retaliation, wage & hour disputes, contract negotiations, trade secrets & non-compete agreements, class actions & complex litigation
• Ability to work directly with the client supporting their litigation team, advising on employment law and litigation matters
• Interface across teams inside an international F100 technology company
• Ability to work in Hybrid work setting

Start Date: ASAP (1-2 Interviews & onboarding takes 1 week)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or Mountain View, CA (3 days Onsite/ week)

Hours: Full-Time - 40hrs a week

Duration: 1 year (chance of extension)

Pay: $110-130/hr
