Job summary

Orion Placement in Green Tree, PA is seeking an attorney to manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution. You will represent clients in civil and commercial matters, draft pleadings and briefs, and contribute to trial preparation in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a Pennsylvania bar license and at least 2 years of civil litigation experience, with strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling litigation matters with increasing independence.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Organized with strong case management abilities.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation, contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, HOA matters, business law, and defamation cases.
• Advise clients on legal strategy and case developments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, demand letters, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
• Handle written discovery and take or defend depositions.
• Appear at hearings, conferences, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials.
• Manage deadlines and case strategy while maintaining excellent client communication.

Location:

Green Tree, Pennsylvania. This is a primarily on‑site hybrid opportunity with the flexibility to work remotely one to two days per week after onboarding. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Note:

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience. Candidates should be comfortable managing cases independently, appearing in court, and working directly with clients.
