Employer-Lawyer, PLLC in Draper, UT seeks a full-time Employment Litigation Attorney to manage a civil litigation caseload from intake to resolution, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery, and to handle internal investigations related to workplace discrimination and harassment.

Qualified candidates will hold an active Utah bar license, have strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Employment Litigation Attorney position in Draper, UT. The attorney will manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses. The attorney will also support training initiatives and conduct internal investigations related to workplace discrimination, harassment, and other employment law issues.
