Paced in Salt Lake City, a leading Am Law 100 law firm seeks Employment Attorneys with 3+ years of experience to join its practice. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent litigation, legal writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Licensed and admitted to practice law in Utah.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Manage assignments independently while collaborating with attorneys and support teams.
• Assist with all phases of employment litigation, including discovery, motion practice, settlement, and trial preparation.
