• 3-8 years of civil/employment litigation experience.
• Plaintiff-side Labor & Employment experience, particularly wage & hour, PAGA, and class actions, is highly preferred.
• Defense-side Labor & Employment attorneys are encouraged to apply.
• Transferable civil litigation experience from Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, insurance defense, or other litigation-heavy practices is encouraged.
• Strong legal research, writing, case management, and litigation skills.
• Interest in developing or expanding a career in plaintiff-side Labor & Employment law.

We are seeking a California-licensed Litigation Attorney to join a growing Labor & Employment practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with employment litigation experience or strong civil litigation experience who is interested in developing their career in plaintiff-side employment law.

The practice handles matters involving wage & hour claims, PAGA, class actions, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, and other employment disputes.

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally 3-8 years of civil/employment litigation experience
• Plaintiff-side Labor & Employment experience, particularly wage & hour, PAGA, and class action litigation, is highly preferred
• Defense-side Labor & Employment attorneys are encouraged to apply
• Attorneys with transferable civil litigation experience are also strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those coming from Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, insurance defense, or other litigation-heavy practices
• Strong legal research, writing, case management, and litigation skills
• Interest in developing or expanding a career in plaintiff-side Labor & Employment law
