You will handle single plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class actions, with exposure to cutting-edge topics and high-profile clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Preferred experience with FEHA, agency complaint, wage & hour and other employment matters.
• Involvement in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school.
• License to practice in CA.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in a diverse practice group handling single plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class actions.
• Engage in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation as part of high-stakes employment matters.
• Handle cutting-edge labor and employment topics for premier local and national clients.
