This role focuses on single plaintiff employment litigation and wage-and-hour class actions with exposure to cutting-edge topics and high-profile clients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of civil litigation experience, CA license, and familiarity with FEHA matters and discovery, depositions, and motions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience with FEHA, agency complaints, wage & hour and other employment matters preferred.
• Involvement in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.

Requirements

• Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
• License to practice in CA

Salary Range: $160,000 to $210,000
