Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Prior experience handling employment or litigation matters preferred.
• Solid understanding of employment-related claims and agency processes.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.

Responsibilities

• Litigate employment-related matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and related claims
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and before administrative agencies
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Provide advice and counsel on workplace policies, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Support clients with dispute resolution strategies and preventative practices
