Expect 3–7 years of labor and employment litigation experience, strong drafting and deposition skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• JD from accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Massachusetts Bar admission, in good standing.
• 3–7 years of labor and employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling employment-related disputes (discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage/hour).
• Strong drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses; depositions.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in employment litigation in state/federal courts, admin proceedings, and arbitration.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct witness interviews, legal research, and case analysis.
• Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation.
